Jenn Mar is an arts and culture writer and editor based in Boston. She has worked for many years as an editor of food writing, literature, and essays, as well as a content marketing editor and writer. Along the way, she has profiled people like chef Barbara Lynch and barbecue pitmaster Andy Husbands and taught creative writing and food writing at the University of Massachusetts-Amherst. Recent work has appeared in McSweeney's, Kirkus Reviews, Kenyon Review, Rain Taxi Review of Books, and Lunch Rush, where she served as senior digital food editor and ghostwrote hundreds of food articles for authors, thought leaders, and brands.
